The first full week of college football got under way this weekend. Some familiar high school names are making some great strides at the college level. With the preps, some local stars are living up to the hype early. Demarco Murray of Gorman is the most recruited athlete this year in High School Football for Nevada. Name the team and he is being courted by them. Even the old ballcoach, Steve Spurrier of South Carolina, has been on the phone with him. Here are some notes and thoughts. | ||
